Our apps are built on state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure designed to keep your data safe, and we have made sure to use third-party vendors with the most reputable track records.

Keeping your data secure

Data Storage

All our communication is encrypted using TLS (Transport Security Layer) and our payment gateways are PCI compliant. Transcriptions are temprarily stored on the cloud and made public for the customer to download via a private link, which is valid for only 24 hours. Our cloud provider maintain several compliance programs, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, EU Data Protection Directive, and FISMA.

Controlled Access

We control access to data for staff and contractors within TranscribeMyAudio.ai. Employees have limited access to our customer data in order to safeguards data that may be sensitive. Also, when working with third parties we conduct an assessment to ensure they have the relevant safeguards in place.

Third-Party Security

We partner with several other companies to give you the best service we possibly can. Our third-party providers:

  • Paypal provide all our billing and payment requirements. Paypal has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can view more information about their security practises here. We have limited access to the billing information entered in the system.
